The Janis Foligno Foundation was created in loving memory of Janis Foligno, cherished daughter, wife, mother, sister, cousin and friend, who passed away after a courageous battle with breast cancer in July, 2009. We are committed to finding a cure and helping those battling the disease fight for a brighter future. The Janis Foligno Foundation believes in promoting cancer awareness to aide in early detection and prevention. While also recognizing that working together offers the best opportunities to ensure a bright future for everyone.
This is the mission of The Heart’s Playbook. It’s what drives us and what we’re passionate about. This foundation has been created to build stronger communities in heart health, support cardiac centers across the nation in patient care, aid in the discovery of technological advancement through innovative heart research, and provide resources to other families in need.
