Mark Stone was born May 13, 1992 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is a right wing in the National Hockey League.

Stone was selected by the Ottawa Senators in the sixth round, 178th overall, of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. During the 2018–19 NHL season, he was traded to Vegas, and signed a long-term contract with the team. On March 8, 2019, he officially signed an eight-year, $76 million contract extension to remain in Vegas. On April 14, 2019, Stone recorded his first career hat-trick to power the Golden Knights in game three of the 2019 Stanley Cup playoffs and became the first Golden Knight player to record a hat-trick in the playoffs. On January 13, 2021, Stone was named the first captain in Vegas Golden Knights history. Stone helped the Vegas Golden Knights win their first NHL Stanley Cup on June 13, 2023.
