Trystan Colon-Castillo was born on March 23rd, 1998 in Webb City, Missouri. He is an offensive lineman in the NFL.

This multi-sport athlete began his prep career playing at Webb City High School in Webb City, Missouri, before being recruited and signing a national letter of intent to play for the Missouri Tigers. Colon-Castillo earned the team's Lifter of the Year after his redshirt season. Castillo started 13 games the following year, making it onto the SEC coaches' All-Freshman squad. After his freshman season, Colon-Castillo started all 25 games for the Tigers in 2018 and 2019.

Colon-Castillo would be signed by the Baltimore Ravens in the 2020 offseason to the practice. During the season he was promoted to the active roster and made his first career start against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
