Troy Hill was born on August 29th, 1991 in Youngstown, Ohio. He is a cornerback in the NFL. 

Hill played defensive back and wide receiver for St. Bonaventure High School. In 2009, Hill was All-Channel League First-Team Defense, 2008 Second-Team All-State Junior by CalHiSports. com. Hill posted 46 tackles and five interceptions for the Seraphs his junior season in 2008 and returned one kickoff for a touchdown and took one of his five picks back for a score. He earned a three-star rating from Scout.com and was a three-star recruit according to Rivals.com and the No. 32 corner in the country.

Hill attended Oregon and as a senior in 2014, finished seventh on the team in tackles with 71 but third in unassisted efforts with 59. He was named second-team Pac-12 all-conference and was a 14-game starter. Hill ranked second in the league with a 1.46 average in passes defended and 11th nationally.

Hill originally signed with Cincinnati as an undrafted free agent on May 8th, 2015. He spent time in Cincinnati and New England before signing with the Rams on December 31st, 2015.  On May 13th, 2019 Hill signed a two-year contract extension with the Rams. He most recently signed a two-year deal with the Cleveland Browns.

In April of 2022, Troy Hill was traded back to the Los Angeles Rams.
