T.J. Watt was born on October 11th, 1994 in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. He is a linebacker in the NFL.

Watt began his career playing prep football at Pewaukee High in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. At Pewaukee, Watt would play both offense and defense throughout at his prep career. Watt would show his versatility in his senior year, throwing for 527 yards and seven touchdowns and rushed for 554 yards and nine touchdowns also recorded 42 tackles and five sacks. Watt was rated as a three-star recruit by various recruiting services.

Watt played his collegiate career at Wisconsin following along the footsteps of brother JJ Watt. At Wisconsin, Watt earned First-team All-America (ESPN.com, Sports Illustrated), second-team All-America (AP, CBS Sports, FOX Sports), first-team All-Big Ten (consensus), Lott IMPACT Trophy quarterfinalist, Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 25), Academic All-Big Ten.

The Pittsburgh Steelers selected Watt in the first round with the 30th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Watt has already made a big impact in the NFL, earning the AFC Defensive Player of the Year (2020). On September 9, 2021, the Steelers have extended Watt to a 4-year deal worth over $112 million and with $80 million guaranteed making him the highest defensive player in the NFL. He is one of three brothers that play in the NFL currently. T.J. Watt was selected to his 5th Pro Bowl in 2023.
