BIOGRAPHY

Rolan Milligan was born on August 16th, 1994 in Lake City, Florida. He is a strong safety for the Indianapolis Colts in the NFL. 

Milligan began his playing career at Lakes Wales High School in Lake City, Florida. He was a quarterback for the school, and earned 5A All-State honorable mention honors. 

Milligan would go on to play his college football at the junior college at Reedley College before moving on to University of Alabama-Birmingham. Played one season at UAB, starting eight games in 2014 and was second on the team in tackles (54). Milligan also had four tackles for loss, two sacks and broke up six passes. He would transfer to the University of Toledo after UAB announced it was dropping its football program. 

On May 9, 2016, Milligan signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent. After a short stint with the Cowboys, Milligan would spend time with the Detroit Lions on the practice squa before signing with the Indianapolis Colts for the practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster on September 11, 2019.
