BIOGRAPHY

Prince Amukamara was born June 6, 1989, in Leominster, Massachusetts. He played college football at Nebraska and was selected 19th in the 2011 NFL Draft by the New York Giants. Throughout his rookie season in 2011, he was the New York Giants' third cornerback on their depth chart, behind Aaron Ross and Corey Webster. He played with the Giants for 5 years and won a super bowl with them. 

After the Giants in March 11, 2016, the Jacksonville Jaguars signed Amukamara to a one-year, $5.5 million contract that included $3 million guaranteed and a signing bonus of $1.5 million. On March 10, 2017, the Chicago Bears signed Amukamara to a fully guaranteed one-year, $7 million contract with a signing bonus of $3.5 million. He ended up playing 3 full seasons there. 

On October 13, 2020, Amukamara was signed to the Arizona Cardinals practice squad. His practice squad contract with the team expired after the season on January 11, 2021.
