Khalil Dorsey was born March 31, 1998, in Ontario, California. He is a cornerback in the NFL.

Dorsey signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent following the 2020 NFL Draft on May 5, 2020. He was waived during final roster cuts on September 5, 2020, and signed to the team's practice squad the next day. He was elevated to the active roster on September 28 for the team's week 3 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

On December 15, 2022, Dorsey was signed to the Detroit Lions practice squad. He signed a reserve/future contract on January 9, 2023.
