BIOGRAPHY
Kevin Toliver II was born on November 24th, 1995, in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a cornerback in the NFL.
In high school, he played quarterback and cornerback for Trinity Christian. During his high school time, he registered three interceptions, 2.5 tackles for loss, and one sack as he led his team to a state championship in 2014; he was also accounted for 506 all-purpose yards and eight touchdowns as a senior. He was honored as a member of the 2014 ALL-USA First Team Defense by USA Today and was an All-State candidate and earned first-team All-First Coast honors by the Times-Union; he participated in The Opening, Nike’s camp for elite college football recruits and was a member of the Rivals 250, ESPN 300, 247Sports Top 247, and the Scout 250.
He committed to play football for the LSU Tigers; he enrolled early at LSU and participated in spring practice. As a true freshman in 2015, Toliver played in all 12 of LSU's games, tallying 35 tackles, one interception, and five pass deflections; In 2016, as a sophomore, Toliver only played in seven games, In those seven games, he made 21 total tackles.
As a junior in 2017, Toliver played in 12 of LSU's 13 games, missing only their season opener against BYU. In 12 games, he compiled 28 tackles, one interception, one sack, two forced fumbles, and ten pass deflections. On January 8, 2018, Toliver announced that he would forego his senior year to pursue a career in the NFL.
Toliver signed with the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2018. Toliver made his first NFL start on September 30, 2018, against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and recorded seven tackles. During the 2018 season, he played 15 games and recorded 14 tackles and defended two passes.
