BIOGRAPHY

Kevin Johnson was born on August 5th, 1992, in Clarksville, Maryland. He is a cornerback for the Buffalo Bills in the NFL. 

Johnson attended River Hill High School. In his senior year, he rushed for 1,220 yards and 15 touchdowns on 137 carries. He was the first-team all-state and first-team All-met at cornerback. 

After high school, he went on to Wake Forest University. He was one of three freshmen to play for Wake Forest in 2010. Appearing in 11 games with five starts, recording two pass breakups. In 2011, he redshirted the season. In 2012, Johnson played and started all 12 games. The coaches named him honorable mention All-ACC by the coaches. As a junior, he was one of the top defensive backs in the ACC, and the media gave him an honorable mention. In his senior year, he finished his career with 35 pass breakups, the fourth-highest total in school history.  

In the 2015 NFL draft, Houston Texans selected Johnson. He signed a four-year contract and made his debut against Kansas City Chiefs. In 2019, the Texans released him.

In March 2019, Johnson signed a 1-year contract with the Buffalo Bills.
