BIOGRAPHY

Jaeden Graham was born on October 10, 1995, in Aurora, Colorado. He is a tight end in the NFL.

He attended Cherry Creek high school; he was a six-time letter winner between football (three), baseball and track (two) and was named First-Team All-Safety and captain in 2013.

He played college football for the bulldogs at Yale; Served as a backup tight end in 2016 and 2015 while saw most time on special teams in 2014. He played 22 career games at Yale University, totaling 26 receptions for 380 yards and four touchdowns, which all came his senior year. He was named First Team All-Ivy League and First Team All-ECAC in 2017.

The Atlanta Falcons signed Graham as an undrafted free agent on June 1, 2018; he was signed to the practice squad on September 2, 2018. He signed a reserve/future contract with the Falcons on December 31, 2018.
