Isaiah Thomas was born December 3, 1998, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He played college football at the University of Oklahoma.

In the 2022 NFL Draft, Isaiah Thomas was taken 223rd by the Cleveland Browns. 

Thomas made his debut against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4 of the 2022 season.

In Week 7 at the Ravens, Thomas recorded 1 pass defended, 2 tackles, 2 assisted tackles, and a fumble recovery after Ravens Running Back Justice Hill fumbled the ball. In Week 8 against the Bengals, Thomas recorded 1 pass defended, 1 tackle, and 2 assisted tackles. He also recorded his first career sack on Quarterback Joe Burrow for a loss of 10 yards on 3rd down.

On August 29, 2023, Thomas was waived by the Browns and re-signed to the practice squad.
