Hayden Howerton was born February 11, 1999 in Katy, TX. He is an offensive lineman in the National Football League.

Howerton joined the Arizona Cardinals in 2022. He played college football at SMU.

On March 6, 2023, Howerton was acquired off waivers by the Arizona Cardinals. He was not signed to a reserve/future contract after the season and thus became a free agent.
