Deon Cain was born on August 9th, 1996 in Tampa, Florida. He is a wide receiver in the NFL.

Cain began his prep career playing at Tampa Bay Technical High School in Tampa, Florida. There he was a dual threat quarterback and a consensus top 50 player in the nation.

Cain moved to wide receiver while attending Clemson University. During his time at Clemson, Cain played for a dominate squad able to play in the three National Championship Games. In his junior season, Cain had 38 receptions for 724 yards and nine touchdowns. After his junior season, Cain decided to forgo his senior year and declare for the 2018 NFL Draft.

Cain was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the sixth round (185th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft. After a short stint with the Colts, Cain signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
