Damon Arnette was born on September 2, 1996 in Dallas, Texas. He is a cornerback in the NFL.

Arnette was born in Dallas but moved to Fort Lauderdale when he was 2 years old. He went to powerhouse high school of St. Thomas Aquinas High School where he played linebacker and wide receiver. He was named honorable mention Class 8A-7A-6A All-Count as a senior and helped lead his team to a state championship. Being a 4-star recruit Damon decided to play at Ohio State University.

When he got on campus at Ohio State, he discovered a bone chip in his tibia and had to redshirt his freshman season. During his redshirt freshman season, he played in 13 games as a backup. Damon started 12 of the 14 games while leading the cornerbacks with 44 tackles. Arnette's senior season landed him on the Big 10 2nd team. The Las Vegas Raiders selected Damon in the 1st round (19th pick) in the 2020 NFL draft.
