BIOGRAPHY

Chris Myarick was born on October 6, 1995, in Elkins Park, Pensylvania. He studied at the University of Temple and is a tight end for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. In his early years, Myarick attended Cheltenham High School where he was the team captain and earned coach's award. He recorded 40 receptions and 12 touchdowns and was named to the Suburban One All-League first team for both offense and defense. He played in MontCo All-Star game and also played basketball all four years and volleyball his junior and senior years.

After he finished high school, Myarick committed to the University of Temple where as aa redshirted freshman in 2015, he made his collegiate debut at Charlotte and played in four games, mostly on special teams. As a redshirted sophomore, he played in all 14 games on special teams and double tight end packages. He started his first career game against Stony Brook and he recorded his first career reception against Penn State. As a redshirted junior, he was the primary tight end and was put on scholarship announced at halftime of the spring game. He had a career-high 3 catches for 23 yards against Army and he made a career-long 18-yard reception on opening play against Cincinnati. 

In his senior season, Myarick was the starting tight end and equally adept as a pass catcher and in-line blocker. After he graduated from college, he entered the 2019 NFL Draft where he was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent.
