BIOGRAPHY
Chad Beebe was born on June 1st, 1994, in Buffalo, New York and currently plays wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings in the NFL.
He attended Aurora Christian Schools, where he Earned IHSA All-State honors following the 2012 season, in addition to all-area and all-conference accolades. He recorded 65 catches for 980 yards and 15 touchdowns in 2012 and holds school records for most career catches and receiving yards.
He played college football at Northern Illinois University; as a freshman in 2013, he played in 10 games and recorded the longest touchdown catch of the season with an 81-yard grab.
As a sophomore in 2014, he played in 12 games starting 5 of them and was ranked fourth on the team in receptions (21) and receiving yards (219). He was named Third-team All-MAC selection as a punt returner by Phil Steele.
In 2015 as a junior, he played in 13 games and started 3 of them. He tallied 318 all-purpose yards, with 193 receiving, 119 returning and six rushings; he added 13 receptions, three rushes, and a team-high 14 punt return attempts.
In 2016 he redshirted. As a senior in 2017, he led the team with an average of 14.9 yards per reception and was second on the team with 775 all-purpose yards averaging 86.1 yards per game.
Beebe signed with the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent on May 7th, 2018; he was assigned to the practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster on November 3rd 2018, and made his NFL debut against Detroit on November 4th 2018. He finished the season with four receptions for 39 yards.
