BIOGRAPHY

Brandon Watson was born on July 11, 1995, in Wilmington, Delaware. He is a cornerback for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. He played college football at Michigan.

He attended Eastern Christian Academy for Coach Dwayne Thomas; he Ran the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds.

He played college football for the Wolverines at the University of Michigan; in 2015 as a sophomore, he appeared in 12 games as a reserve cornerback and on special teams to earn his first varsity letter. In 2016 he saw action in all 13 games on special teams and at cornerback, receiving his second varsity letter; and was named the team's Special Teams Player of the Game against Hawaii.

In 2017 he played in all 13 games, making 21 tackles with five pass breakups and 1.5 TFLs and earned his third varsity letter; he was recognized as the Special Teams Player of the Game for his efforts against Purdue. In 2018 he played in all 13 games at defensive back and contributed on special teams; made a total of 38 tackles and returned two of his three interceptions for touchdowns while earning his fourth varsity letter. He was named Defensive Player of the Week for his performance against Western Michigan.

Watson signed with the Jacksonville Jaguar as an undrafted free agent in 2019.
