BIOGRAPHY
Andrew Beck was born on May 15th, 1996, in Tampa, Florida. He is a tight end and fullback in the National Football League.
During high school, Beck was a four-year letterman and two-year starter. He was selected first-team 8A All-State by the Associated Press in 2013. Recorded 126 tackles, six sacks, 35 tackles for loss and eight passes defended as a junior, notched 23 tackles and six tackles for loss against Tampa Bay Tech, also played some tight end that season, he helped Plant to a 10-1 record and an appearance in the 8A regional semifinals in 2012, was part of a Plant team that won the 2011 8A State Championship.
Beck played for the University of Texas football team from 2014 to 2018. In 2014 Beck saw action in all 13 games at either tight end or special teams with two starts (WVU & TCU). In 2015 He played in all 12 games, starting 10, at tight end, recorded eight receptions for 77 yards for the season, he helped block for a rushing attack that ranked 18th in the nation and third in the Big 12 with 224.8 yards per game, including 263.0. In 2016 he played in all 12 games and made three starts, blocked for the nation’s leading rusher, D’Onta Foreman, who rushed for 2,028 yards and totaled four catches for 82 yards and two touchdowns. In 2018 Beck Played in and started all 14 games, was named the first-team All-Big 12 by the coaches, totaled 28 catches for 281 yards and two touchdowns.
Beck signed with the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent on May 4, 2019.
Andrew Beck has played for multiple teams throughout his NFL journey and is currently playing for the Denver Broncos in the NFL. On September 1st, 2019, the Denver Broncos signed Beck to a three-year contract.
Beck sign a two year contract with the Houston Texans on March 13, 2023.
