BIOGRAPHY

Amani Bledsoe was born on February 6th, 1998, in Lawrence, Kansas. He is a defensive end in the NFL.

After he finished high school, Bledsoe committed to the University of Oklahoma where as a freshman in 2016, he appeared in six contests as a reserve and totaled three tackles, a half-sack, and one pass defended. As a sophomore in 2017, Bledsoe appeared in 10 games and made eight starts and tallied 19 tackles, three tackles for loss and two sacks. He was an Academic All-Big 12 Second Team honoree and on December 2nd against TCU in the Big 12 Championship, he posted two tackles and one sack. In his junior year in 2018, Bledsoe started all 14 games at defensive end and recorded 37 tackles, four tackles for loss, two sacks and seven passes defended. He also was an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention selection by the league’s coaches. On December 1st in the Big 12 Championship against Texas, Bledsoe registered two tackles, one tackle for loss and one sack while on December 29th in the Orange Bowl against Alabama, he totaled 5 tackles.

After his junior year in 2018, Bledsoe entered the 2019 NFL Draft where he was signed by the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent on May 10th.
