Driven 2 Greatn3ss is a mentality that applies way beyond sports. It applies to school, to work, it applies to your personal life. I’m not selling a mentality that says individuals will be the best in the world, though that would be nice. The mentality is for a person to find their level of greatness. The beauty of it all is that we can always get better, which is why I use a basketball camp. I encourage mistakes because you are pushing your comfort zone and learning. I introduce competition because that’s what we face in the world. I try to plant a fire in every individual that burns and drives them to do better than they did last time, to be excited about improvement and to look forward to the sacrifices of being great without fear.
