The challenges facing the world today are far-reaching and complex, and the solutions often feel out of reach. To tackle society’s greatest challenges and build a better future, we must engage a wide range of people to make a positive difference in the world. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals provided a unified approach to solving our most urgent problems, and asked the world to focus their efforts toward building an inclusive, sustainable and resilient future for all. A native of Atlanta, Dwight spoke at Service Unites 2018 with Points of Light Chairman Neil Bush on the importance of service.
The D12 Foundation has a vision of making a long-lasting impact on the lives of children worldwide. With collaborative support from generous communities and partners, D12 Foundation will work with children's organizations worldwide in establishing programs that will plant seeds of generosity, support education, encourage leadership, and inspire activity and health in youth. The hope of Dwight is that its seeds will grow into initiatives that circle the globe and leave legacies for generations to come.
UNICEF is the outreach and support arm of the United Nations General Assembly, with a mission to advocate for the protection of children’s rights, to help meet their basic needs, and to expand their opportunities to reach full potential.
