BIOGRAPHY

Dean Jackson Wade was born on November 20th, 1996, in Wichita, Kansas. He is a power forward in the NBA. 

Wade attended St. John High School and played four years of varsity basketball. He was an All-State honor and won three state championships. In his senior year, he was Parade All-American and was selected to be Mr. Kansas Basketball.

Wade went on to Kansas State University. In his freshman season, he was the Big 12 All-Newcomer Team. In his sophomore year, Wade averaged 9.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. In his junior year, he earned first-team All-Big 12 and averaged 16.2 points and 6.2 rebounds. In his last year, he averaged 12.9 points and a team-high 6.2 rebounds per game and was the first-team All-Big 12. 

In the 2019 NBA draft, Wade was not selected and signed a two-way contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Canton Charge of the NBA G League.
