Association Deux Ailes

Deux Ailes is a non-profit humanitarian association of general interest, governed by the law of July 1, 1901. This association was created following a meeting, in 2013, in Lyon, of local officials of the city of Louga, located 200 km north of Dakar in Senegal, and young entrepreneurs from Lyon and Saint-Etienne wishing to implement humanitarian action in Africa.
