Lucas Bartlett was born July 26, 1997, in Overland Park, Kansas. He is a defender in Major League Soccer.

On January 11, 2022, Bartlett was selected 6th overall in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft by FC Dallas and officially signed with Dallas on January 28, 2022. On March 8, 2023, Bartlett signed a one-year deal with MLS side St. Louis City and the following season, he was acquired by D.C. United.
