Jaylin Chad Lindsey was born March 27, 2000. He is a defender for Major League Soccer club Sporting Kansas City.

Lindsey spent time in the Sporting Kansas City academy and with the United States under-17 side, before signing a Homegrown Player contract with Sporting Kansas City on September 15, 2017 and made his debut on June 3, 2018. On December 12, 2021, Lindsey was traded to Charlotte FC.
