Doneil Henry was born April 20, 1993 in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. He is a defender in Major League Soccer.

Henry began his professional career with Toronto FC in 2010, before going to Europe in 2014 where he played for Apollon Limassol, West Ham United, Blackburn Rovers, and AC Horsens. After a series of injury problems, Henry returned to Canada in 2017, signing with Vancouver Whitecaps FC and spending a month on loan with the Ottawa Fury. 

In February 2022, Henry returned to MLS, signing with Los Angeles FC. On February 26, Henry made his debut with the club during LAFC's 3–0 win over the Colorado Rapids. Henry came into the match at the 86th minute as a substitute. Henry helped LAFC lift their first MLS Cup trophy in 2022 by defeating the Philadelphia Union.

Henry joined Minnesota United FC for the 2023 season.
