Aljaž Ivačič was born December 29, 1993, in Ljubljana, Slovenia. He is a goalkeeper in Major League Soccer.

Ivačič was signed by Portland Timbers on January 18, 2019. He made his debut for the club in a 6–1 victory over the San Jose Earthquakes on September 19, 2020, earning three saves and giving up one goal.
