Seth Frankoff was born August 27, 1988, in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a pitcher in the MLB.
He joined the Los Angeles Dodgers system in 2016 and the Cubs system for 2017. One source says, "he checks most of the boxes ... he rarely walks hitters, which is a standard draw for the Cubs brass," in explaining why Chicago signed him.
