Brandon Marsh was born December 18, 1997, in Buford, Georgia. He is an outfielder in the MLB.

He made his professional debut in 2017 with the Orem Owlz and spent the whole season there, batting .350 with four home runs, 44 RBIs, ten stolen bases and a .944 OPS in 39 games. He began 2018 with the Burlington Bees and after slashing .295/.390/.470 with three home runs and 24 RBIs in 34 games, was promoted to the Inland Empire 66ers in May. He spent the remainder of the season with the 66ers, batting .256 with ten home runs, 46 RBIs, and ten stolen bases in 93 games. He spent 2019 with the Mobile BayBears, slashing .300/.383/.428 with seven home runs, 45 RBIs, and 19 stolen bases over 96 games. He was selected to play in the Arizona Fall League for the Mesa Solar Sox following the season.

The Angels added him to their 40-man roster after the 2020 season. Marsh played 93 games for Los Angeles in 2022, batting .226 with eight home runs and 37 RBI in that time. On August 2, 2022, the Angels traded Marsh to the Philadelphia Phillies in exchange for catching prospect Logan O'Hoppe. Philadelphia, who had lacked a long-term center field option, had targeted Marsh during the previous offseason, but were unable to acquire him until the MLB trading deadline.
