Brandon Brennan was born on July 26, 1991, in Mission Viejo, California. He is a pitcher in the MLB.

Brennan attended Capistrano Valley High School in Mission Viejo, California. Brennan was drafted in the 40th round of the 2010 MLB draft by the Colorado Rockies, but did not sign. Brennan attended The University of Oregon as a Freshman in 2011, but redshirted and did not play. Brennan transferred to Orange Coast College for his sophomore season. He was drafted in the 4th round, 141st overall, of the 2012 MLB draft by the Chicago White Sox.

In 2012, Brandon appeared in 14 games (seven starts) with Advanced Rookie Great Falls in his first professional season. He Went 3-0 with a 2.45 ERA (3 ER/11.0 IP) and 12 strikeouts over seven relief appearances, compared to 0-2 with a 5.13 ERA (15 ER/28.1 IP) and 19 strikeouts in seven starts.
