Skai Moore is an American football linebacker for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at South Carolina and signed with the Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2018. A native of Cooper City, Florida, he attended Fort Lauderdale University High School, where he helped the team to an undefeated season and the 3A state tile as a senior.

He started 37-of-50 career games at South Carolina from 2013-17 and compiled 353 tackles (213 solo), 20.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, 20 passes defensed, 14 interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries. He became the 15th player in Division I history to lead his team in tackles in four seasons (2013-15, 2017) and his 14 career interceptions tied for the South Carolina record.

Moore signed with the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent on May 1, 2018.
