Darius Harris was born on January 17, 1996 in Horn Lake, Mississippi. He is a linebacker in the NFL.

While at Horn Lake High School, he played both Quarterback and defensive back. Unfortunately, during his senior season he got injured so he was only able to play 5 games. Harris went on to play college ball at Middle Tennessee. After redshirting his freshman season, he was named Conference USA All-Freshman team. He played in all 13 games while seeing time on defense and special teams. Harris stayed there the next 3 seasons while being a crucial part of their defense. During his senior season, he earned 1st team All-Conference USA honors while starting in all 14 games. In the 2019 draft, Harris went undrafted until the Chiefs picked him up. He was on the practice squad during the 2020 season.
