Simon Muzziotti was born December 27, 1998, in Cumana, Venezuela. He is a centerfielder in the MLB.

Muzziotti originally signed with the Boston Red Sox as an international free agent in 2015, but was declared a free agent a year later after it was discovered they had violated international signing rules. He then signed with the Philadelphia Phillies in 2016. The Phillies added him to their 40-man roster after the 2020 season.

Muzziotti was promoted to the major leagues for the first time on April 8, 2022, after the team suffered multiple injuries in the outfield. He made his MLB debut on April 11 as a defensive replacement, then made his first start for the Phillies the following day.
