Final Four & Championship Game Predictions

Like Ross Geller from "Friends" once said...PIVOT! Big news dropped yesterday that Kansas star Kevin McCullar will not be playing in the tournament. If you chose Kansas to go to the Sweet 16 or beyond you should probably PIVOT! I have Kansas winning their first round matchup against Samford but losing in the round of 32 to Gonzaga. I'm feeling pretty good about that so I won't be making any last minute changes to my bracket.

The last few days I gave you my picks for the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 and today I give you my selections for the Final 4 and Championship game. Let me reiterate...I did not follow college basketball this year and most years in the past but I ALWAYS come out victorious in my bracket groups.

My final 4 consists of teams from the Big East, Pac 12, Big 12 and Big Ten conferences. As I noted yesterday, The ACC conference has the most tournament titles since 2015 so that doesn't bode well for me. Since 2007 there has only been 7 Big Ten teams to make it to the NCAA championship and they went 0-7. The Big 12 has captured two national championships in the previous three years with Baylor winning the 2021 title and Kansas bringing home the 2022 trophy. The last Pac 12 team to win a championship was the Arizona Wildcats back in 1997 and since 1979 the Big East has won 10 NCAA championships with UCONN winning the big dance last year. That bodes well for me! Below are my picks with absolutely NO facts or college basketball knowledge. GOOD LUCK!

FINAL FOUR

1 UCONN over 2 Arizona

1 Purdue over 1 Houston

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

1 UCONN over 1 Purdue

UCONN goes BACK to BACK!
