BIOGRAPHY

Yasir Durant was born May 21, 1998 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a offensive tackle in the NFL.

Yasi was a three-year letterwinner at Imhotep Institute in Philadelphia, helping the Panthers to three straight Public League titles, three city titles and two playoff appearances. Imhotep went a perfect 15-0 his senior season, becoming the first Philadelphia city public school to win a Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association football title. Imhotep outscored its opponents during its perfect year by a whopping 702-to-104. He was named a Pennsylvania Football Writers’ all-state Class AAA honoree and was a two-time all-conference and all-city selection. After high school, he went to Arizona Western Community College. He was there for 1 semester before transferring to Missouri.

Durant became a impactful player right when he got on campus. While starting 9 games, Was part of MU’s record-setting offense which led the SEC. He started in 33 of the 34 games during his time there. He went undrafted in the 2020 draft when the Kansas City Chiefs signed him.
