Trevon Wesco was born on September 12, 1995, in Martinsburg, West Virginia. He is a tight end and fullback in the NFL.

He attended Musselman high school; he was an all-state football and basketball player. He was a three-star recruit according to ESPN, Rivals, 247Sports and PrepStar and a Two-star recruit according to Scout.

He played college football at West Virginia; he played two seasons for Coach Mark Duda at Lackawanna College. He finished the 2014 season with five receptions for 47 yards. In 2018 he missed the season due to injury.

In 2016 as a sophomore at West Virginia he played in 10 games; he Added depth at tight end and used on special teams and saw action on 256 plays, including 170 on offense. In 2017 he played in 13 games at tight end and saw action on 252 plays, including 134 on offense.

In 2018 he was All-Big 12 First Team (TE) and was Fifth-leading receiver for the season with 26 catches for 366 yards, averaging 14.1 yards per catch, and one touchdown.

The New York Jets drafted Wesco in the fourth round (121st overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft.

On March 31, 2023, Wesco signed a one-year deal with the Tennessee Titans.
