Why Not You Foundation extends a heartfelt congratulations to our founder Russell Wilson for being recognized as this year’s Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year. This prestigious award honors Russell's continued dedication to social good and social justice, and his mission of empowering today's youth to become tomorrow's leaders.
The Russell Wilson Passing Academy (RWPA) is a football camp for all positions. The purpose of this camp is to help children ages 8-17 develop the fundamental skills of being a great football player through instruction, but our objective is much greater.
One of the best children's hospitals in the country, as ranked by U.S. News & World Report, Seattle Children's Hospital, Foundation and Research Institute. In August 2016, Wilson's Why Not You Foundation presented a check for $1,060,005 to Seattle Children's Hospital for its Strong Against Cancer initiative.
