BIOGRAPHY

Nate Gilliam was born July 6, 1997, in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was a 

Team captain as a senior in high school and rated as a three-star recruit by 247, ESPN, Rivals and Scout. He was  Named First Team all-state in Class 6A in 2014 by the Tennessee Sports Writers Association, as well as Named All-District 4AAA and the district’s lineman of the year.

He attended Wake Forest and as a redshirt senior he was third-team All-ACC as an offensive guard. 

After his college career, he was signed by the Los Angeles Chargers in 2020.
