Matt Pryor was born on December 16, 1994, in Long Beach, California. He is a guard in the National Football League.

During his freshman season in 2014. Pryor played 8 games. In 2015 during his sophomore season, Pryor saw action in 11 games with five starts. He made the first career start at Oklahoma State and started the final five games of the year. During his junior season in 2016, Pryor started all 13 games at right guard.

During his senior season in 2017, Pryor was named a second-team All-Big 12 selection by the head coaches and Associated Press. He was a team captain and started all 14 games, eight at right guard and six at right tackle. Pryor played in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

At TCU's Pro Day, Pryor ran a 5.6 40-yard dash and did 23 bench press reps of 225 pounds.

Pryor was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Pryor joined the San Francisco 49ers in 2023.
