Kareem Orr was born on January 2nd, 1997, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He currently plays cornerback in the NFL.

Prior to his college career, Orr transferred to UTC following the 2017 spring semester with two years of eligibility remaining. He was named Freshman All-American for the Sun Devils in 2015. Orr played in 20 games with 18 starts at Chattanooga and had 12 INTs in his collegiate career, five at UTC and seven at Arizona State. 

Orr was a Freshman All-American in 2015 at Arizona State. He set the ASU school freshman record with six interceptions and was seventh in the nation in INTs. Orr was third on the team with 29 tackles in 2016. Orr ranked by Scout.com as the No. 56 cornerback recruit in the country; listed by Rivals.com as the nation’s No. 57 cornerback prospect; regarded by ESPN as the No. 68 cornerback recruit in the country.

During his junior season in 2017, Orr made 36 tackles, including 4.5 for loss also one INT, a forced fumble and two recoveries. In 2018 during his senior season, Orr was named First Team All-Southern Conference by the league’s coaches and media. He gained five turnovers on the season (INT vs. WCU, Samford, UT Martin, and TTU ... FR at The Citadel). Orr was second in the SoCon and tied for 27th in the FCS with four INTs. He led the team with ten passes defended and has a career-high of 45 tackles.

Kareem Orr signed a one year contract with the Tennessee Titans in 2019.

In 2021 he signed a deal with the Los Angeles Rams.
