DeAndre Carter was born on April 10th, 1993, in San Jose, California. He is a wide receiver in the NFL.

Carter attended Washington High School in Fremont, California and was named third-team all-state, first-team all-East Bay and the Mission Valley Athletic League Offensive Player of the Year as a senior in 2010.

He played college football at Sacramento State. Carter attended the Sacramento State, where he played wide receiver and earned All-American honors. He won FCS Wide Receiver of the Year in 2014. He finished his career with 207 receptions and 2,760 yards with 35 touchdowns.
