BIOGRAPHY

David Steinmetz was born March 1, 1995 in Grafton, Massachusetts. He is an Offensive Tackle for the Washington Football Team in the NFL.

He Attended Grafton High School in Massachusetts and played four seasons of football and three seasons of track and field. He was named team captain as a senior in 2012. His parents are Mark and Deb Steinmetz. He has one sister, Marita. Some of his hobbies are hunting, fishing, off-roading, hiking and anything outdoors.

While attending Rhode Island, he majored in criminology and criminal justice and began his master’s in leadership. David was a four-year starter at right tackle who spent three seasons at Rhode Island before transferring to Purdue as a graduate student.

He was promoted to Washington's active roster on December 12, 2020.
