Darious Williams was born on March 15th, 1993 in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a defensive back in the NFL. 

Darious Williams attended Creekside High School in Jacksonville, where he played basketball and ran track. He played two seasons at UAB and saw action in 25 games with 18 starts. He totaled 75 tackles with 26 passes defensed and six interceptions as a senior. Williams was named first-team All-America by Pro Football Focus and earned first-team All-Conference USA in 2017. In 2017, recorded 50 tackles (38 solo) and five interceptions returned for 80 yards, led the C-USA in passes defended with 20, and was ranked fifth in the NCAA among the Football Bowl Subdivision. 

Williams signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent on May 4, 2018. He made his NFL debut on September 13, 2018 against the Cincinnati Bengals, playing on special teams. On October 8, 2018, Williams was claimed off waivers by the Los Angeles Rams.

On March 15, 2021, the Rams placed a first-round restricted free agent tender on Williams. He signed the one-year contract on April 21. He suffered an ankle injury in Week 5 and was placed on injured reserve on October 12. He was activated on November 6. Williams helped the Rams win Super Bowl LVI against the Cincinnati Bengals. He recorded 8 tackles in the game.

In March, 2022 he signed a three-year deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
