Brandon Knight was born on April 11, 1997, in Noblesville, Indiana. He is a tackle in the NFL. 

He attended Noblesville High School; he played for head coach Lance Scheib. He was Indiana Football Coaches Association Top 50 and all-state selection as a junior and senior, Indiana Associated Press Class 6A All-State as a senior and member of the 2014 Indianapolis Star Super Team and a finalist for the Indianapolis Star Position Award (offensive line). He graded out at 88 percent and did not allow a sack, he was two-time all-conference selection and rated the No. 7 prospect in Indiana by Rivals and the No. 51 offensive tackle nationally by Scout; he was a three-year football letter winner.

He played college football for the Hoosiers at Indiana University Bloomington; in 2015 he played in 11 games at tackle and tight end and named IU’s Offensive Newcomer of the Year. In 2016 he played in the first eight games and started six at right tackle.

In 2017 he appeared in the final ten games with eight starts at right tackle. In 2019 started all 12 games at right tackle and allowed just three sacks in 904 snaps.

He signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2019.
