Bobby Evans was born on March 24th, 1997 in Allen, Texas. He is an offensive tackle for the Los Angeles Rams of the NFL.

He attended Allen high school and helped them to Class 6A Division I State Championship Game. He was a four-star recruit by ESPN, 247Sports, Rivals, and Scout and ranked as No. 94 overall recruit in the country by Scout, No. 188 overall by ESPN and No. 240 overall by 247Sports.

He played college football at the University of Oklahoma; in 2015 he redshirted.  In 2016 he was an honorable mention All-Big 12 pick by league's coaches and an Academic All-Big 12 First Team honoree. He started final 12 games at right tackle and played 594 snaps and allowed two sacks.

As a sophomore in 2017, he was an honorable mention All-Big 12 selection by league's coaches and an Academic All-Big 12 Second Team honoree. He started all 14 games at right tackle.

In 2018 as a senior he was named a second-team All-Big 12 selection by league's coaches and media and was part of an offensive line unit that won the Joe Moore Award. He started all 14 games at left tackle after moving over from right tackle in offseason.

The Los Angeles Rams drafted Evans in the third round (97th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft.
