Austin Schlottmann was born on September 18th, 1995 in Brenham, Texas. He is a offensive lineman in the National Football League.

Austin Schlottmann is an offensive guard from Texas Christian University who appeared in 51 games (29 starts) with the Mustangs. He was an honorable mention All-Big-12 Conference selection after opening all 14 games (8 at C; 6 at RG) as a senior. Austin Schlottmann Started 11 games as a junior and was chosen to the Big-12 Second Team despite missing two conference games. He played 13 games (4 starts) as a sophomore, earning starts at center and the right guard. He saw action in all 13 games as a true freshman. Attended Brenham (Texas) High School, where he was a teammate of Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton. Named 4A first-team all-state as a senior after picking up all-district nods as a junior and sophomore.

After going undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft, Schlottmann signed as a free agent with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent which reunited him with high school teammate Courtland Sutton. He spent the entire 2018 season on the Broncos' practice squad, but made the active roster coming out of training camp in his second year with the team  and made his regular season debut September 9, 2019 against the Oakland Raiders on Monday Night Football. 

Schlottmann signed with the Minnesota Vikings in 2023.
