Aaron Monteiro was born March 25, 1997. He is a tackle in the NFL.

He played four seasons at Boston College from 2015-18. He earned All-ACC Third Team in senior season and started 32 consecutive games. He was signed as an undrafted free agent with Miami on May 10th, 2019. He was then waived by Miami on August 31, 2019. He was signed to the New England practice squad on October 23, 2019. He was then terminated from the New England practice squad on October 29, 2019. Signed to Carolina practice squad November 12, 2019. He signed a reserve future contract with Carolina on December 30, 2019, then was waived by Carolina on September 5th, 2020. After he was signed to the Carolina practice squad on September 16, 2020, and Released from the Carolina practice squad on September 19, 2020. Signed to Carolina practice squad September 21, 2020. He then signed a reserve/future contract with Carolina on January 4th, 2021.
