Carlos Vargas was born October 13, 1999, in Moca, Dominican Republic. He is a pitcher in the MLB.

Vargas was signed by the Indians as an international free agent on July 2, 2016. The Indians selected Vargas' contract on November 20, 2020, adding him to their 40-man roster.
